Subsidies for Foreigners and Car Loans

Hello,

I got a call from Tesla Korea telling me to double check if I am eligible to receive government EV subsidies before placing an order because there were many cases of foreigners being denied. Anyone had any experience?

Also what are your experiences with getting a car loan as a foreigner? I know all major credit card providers don't allow foreigners for their 할부.

Incentive is only available for Korean nationals. Possibility may be Korean spouse.
