I can’t find it now, but I think I saw that the defroster is plug-and-play while the turn signal option requires running and splicing wires, so I stayed with the defroster level.

@MexiCanuck and @Perscitus you got it! It is an additional option. It requires some work the the result is amazing.
Here is an installation tutorial by one of the users on his Model S. Same installation on Model 3.

If I buy two sets of these (one for each of our 3s) and my wife doesn't like it after I install them on my 3, can I return the second unit (unopened)?
The production is on schedule. But I'll need to confirm shipping. I've just learned that there is a typhoon passing through Taiwan (location of our factory). That might affect the shipping schedule. I'll confirm with my partner and provide an update in a couple of days. And yes, we don't want to delay the safety of your driving!

Do you ship with USPS, FedEx or UPS and will we get a Tracking Number when they physically ship ?
Everyone will get a USPS tracking number when they are shipped out from our US location. They will ship to our US location first. From here, it will take 2-3 business days to get to your door step (along with the USPS tracking number).
