Summon Issues

‘19 M3 LR AWD, running current app & car updates. Summon, whether simple forward/reverse or Smart Summon, fails on the first try 90% of the time. I initiate Summon, app says car is preparing to summon, then it fails. I wait 30 sec or so for the app to allow action and try again... works fine. I’ve had the car for one year now, and this has been an ongoing problem. Anyone else having this issue?

Do you have HW3? Mine did exactly what you describe before I upgraded my computer.

Yes, built in May/June ‘19, w/ HW3.

Do you have summon standby on? Just taking a guess to help.

I have the same issue. Assumed it was a software bug and an update would fix it. No luck on that yet.
