Summons from Key Fob...

What if I cant turn off continuous press (greyed out) with notes saying not available in the US does this mean I cannot use the key fob?

I have the same issue on my new S100D since I picked it up this past Thursday.

The setting to turn off continuous press is greyed out with a message saying that it's required in the region, which is not supposed to be the case for the US and Mexico as I understand it.

Multiple touchscreen reboots and a call the support line hasn't fixed it.
