This is helpful additional info, The original permit had a planning rec date of July 27, 2018 with “approval” noted. This approval may have been for the administrative change request. (Administrative Change Requests - Quarterly) under ZADM180559

On (Permit Status : CPHD : Arlington, VA) this shows the permit with a status of “applied” as of 8/29/2018. It also lists possible status of:
ACTIVE The permit has been issued and inspections can begin.
APPLIED Applied for the permit and plans are being reviewed.
APPROVED The plans have been approved (reviewed) and the permit has not been issued.
FINALED The permit had all inspections passed and the work has been completed.

On the “required plan review” link, it shows required reviews as:
CPHD:Building Department R
110 CPHD Plumbing R
112 CPHD:Electrical R
114 CPHD:Mechanical R
116 CPHD:Fire Prevention R
300 CPHD:Zoning R
410 DES:Water/Sewer Engineering R.

Under the comments link, there is an entry for 10/30/18 which is for “DES:water/sewer engineering” and says “no plumbing. Approved.”

Perhaps all the plan reviews get complete and then the permit goes to approved, then active

electrical approved. 2 down 4 trades to go...

Thanks for the update. It looks like they're moving pretty quickly.

Stopped by the parking deck yesterday to see if any new progress has been made, electrical equipment on P4 looks to be in but nothing had been run through the conduit up to p5 yet. Seems like the Tesla equipment is there just still in boxes behind some chainlink fence. Browns auto group seems to be storing a ton of new cars up there as well but there isn't anything parked in what I assume will be the supercharger spaces.

Levels 4 and 5 will both have the chargers - total of 18 charge bays. These will be the new urban chargers so they will likely be a tad bit slower than the regular superchargers.

I was able to chat with one of the engineers working who was contracted by Tesla. He was not at liberty to disclose any exact timeframes but he gave the impression that these could be ready soon. Let's see if that means a month or so or several months lol...
