WI state Law prohibits third party reselling of electricity by kWh. Only Public utilities are allowed to do it and rates are highly Regulated. Teslas per minute rates average out to about $0.30-$0.34 per kWh they also have to factor the demand charges imposed when pulling > 60 kWh

11/10/23 update: ALL light poles are finally installed and operational. All thats left, is lot asphalt next Summer.

I only charged to about 65% here on my trip to Chicago over the weekend. The key with per-minute pricing is to know when to unplug.
