So there is a handicap spot with a supercharger on the spot. What are the laws regarding that?

I stopped by today and Tesla was on-site doing final checks. Xcel has done its part. Station is “energized” and could be turned on today. That doesn’t mean it will be turned on today, just that it is powered and ready, pending final Tesla inspection.

The FOUR “auxiliary” Chargers at this location have a J1772 cable connector NOT a Tesla. I used my J1772 adapter and am getting 43 mph charge rate.
Doesn’t appear to have any costs associated with it.
There is a very subtle button to push to release the cable from the post.
