Ha, I'll be in that area on Thursday afternoon. I'll check it out, unless someone beats me to it. I fully expect there to be nothing to see, yet.

Observations:
- this retail center is anchored by a Sprouts grocery store
- note that the documents say 3 V3 cabinets and 12 pedestals
- the AHJ is City of Duluth, if someone wants to go looking for permits

The Sprouts there was recently closed.

Only 4 miles from my house, so this will be quite convenient….

Was the Sugarloaf Marketplace anchor when it opened. Apparently Sprouts is "right-sizing" with smaller stores.

It is a good location and only 3.5 miles from I85 (although traffic on Sugarloaf can be problematic at some times of the day)

Surprise! Construction is well underway. Trenching is done, conduit is in, concrete has been poured, cabinets have been delivered, spools of wire are staged. I think I even see the utility transformer but it was hidden behind fencing and there were workers onsite who I did not want to disturb. In just a week this should look a lot more completed.

The Sprouts has indeed closed. In fact this whole strip mall is a bit sad, with no restaurants. But there is a Chipotle across the parking lot (seen at extreme left in the photo), and a pizza place, and other stuff you can see on the map.

This site will not be relevant to road-tripping thru traffic. It's the latest in localized in-fill SC locations which I presume are intended for local apartment or similar residents who lack access to home charging.

Looks finished, but cones are blocking the two ways in to the Superchargers. Educated guess early next week.

Drove by yesterday, and it looks done! Just waiting for the yellow caution tape to be removed & activated.
