Right across the Interstate from the current one - kinda like Kingsville. But, this area has a lot of traffic and for north bound travelers, it makes a bunch of sense. Besides, I’ve been at the current one when it is full.

Great location. Much more convenient with better options for food and shopping. I live 5 min away, not sure I'll use it much but much prefer this, plus we can finally upgrade to newer stations. The old place was always breaking down, although Rudy's is always nice. Plus 20 stalls, much better. Once we have this and Eastlake will be perfect.

Construction confirmed, tesla SC posts and other equipment are present.
The foundations are being built. No big huge transformer yet, but it is going up fast.

Also I should add, this location is going to be well lit during the night, unlike the location across i-10.

In the second picture the box has a sticker that says SC post, liquid, no heater. Do charging posts in colder climates have heaters built into them?

I suppose so, maybe those superchargers up north have them. Here it doesn’t get as cold as up there.
