It should not be a big issue. The supercharger will be on the other side of the In&Out (close to the freeway). You can drive in and quickly make a left and drive in front of Fuji, make another left and you will be at the Supercharger.

If the drive through line for IN N Out is out to Harvey(at least everytime I tried to stop for a quick bite to eat), it will be tough to get into the parking lot.

Yes, it is the perfect way in to avoid rush/crazy hours at In&out. Good pics mate. I am so happy we are finally getting a load of supercharges in Los Angeles Area, past due but coming. Very excited for the 24 stalls in Sun Valley (5 mins away from my house)

When is it not busy at In N Out? Charging before 10 am or after 1 am?

it is super crazy mostly at lunch time, but even at that time if you do the turns I posted in the pic above, you should get into any craziness. I am very familiar with that plaza, been there a lot at different times.

Perhaps I just had bad luck running into the line out to the street every time I was there.
