The didn’t finish tying them in on the gear end before leaving. They do that before the city comes to make the pre-connection inspection, right?

The contractors onsite will run the feeder wires (shown hanging in post #31) to each of the utility poles and leave them hanging out of the weatherheads. Then there will be a final electrical inspection and once the utility company (CenterPoint) sees a PASSED, they will come out and make the tie-in connection to the pole mounted transformers on the 2 banks. The 2 other tasks CenterPoint does to make the circuit "hot" is to put the fuses in place at the overhead line connections and "stab" the meter into the meter can at the switchgear near the big white Tesla Supercharging cabinets. At that point you will typically see the contractor foreman calling a Tesla commissioning agent to come onsite and "turn-up" the chargers. Or something like that....and then the race is on to be the 1st to charge and post on here.

Drove by Saturday and most of the site clean up has been completed with just a few palatized wire spools to be picked up. Construction fence has been taken down and removed. Guessing an inspection is hanging out there?
Yeah, fence has been down at least a few days now. I can’t see anything left to do but wait for inspection sign off so they can tie into the transformers
