Supercharger - Las Vegas (Decatur & Russell)

A possible new 20-charger Tesla SC station, as part of the "Otonomus" (pronounced Autonomous) Hotel.

Applied for a permit this week here. Permit is not yet granted (awaiting plans). Permit application states "EV Charging Station. Installation of (20) Tesla EV Supercharging Stations within parking lot and (10) Tesla level 2 wall connectors."

The property is located on the NW corner of Russell and Decatur, it is being pitched as near Allegiant stadium.

Not 100% on the location - but it is the building that Google says is 5801 S Decatur Blvd, and the render pics seem to match the structure of what is there now ...

Hi @Chuq, I apologize. I should have provided the lat/long in the OP.

The SC will be in the currently vacant lot at 36.087, -115.209, north of Russell Rd along Decatur. I've double-checked with a source I have access to, and that is the location they are going to build the hotel and this SC.

Looked at the Otonomus website and they are advertising Tesla V3 Superchargers on site. This is half apartment complex and half short term rentals (Airbnb), so I don't understand why Superchargers are necessary or a selling point. What I think would be a much bigger selling point and would take far less upfront capital investment is installing a Level 2 charger in every parking space. Why would you need a Supercharger at your apartment or Airbnb when you could charge overnight?

I passed by here a few days ago. The condos/apartments/hotel are well under construction, but it will be months before they get to the point of completing parking areas, and I saw no signs yet of supercharger equipment or construction.
