Another one with unseen construction activity. Bravo Tesla.
This is a paid lot but the nav says there are two hours free with validation. I made it in and out during a grace period for 4 minutes, no fee. Also, the parking lines don't seem to line up properly for charging so hopefully this gets addressed at some point. You can see someone in my pic taking up two spots.
