I've walked this street and neighborhood in daylight back in January while my car was charging at the EVgo charger by Little Tokyo. It's not terrible during the day but yes, at night I don't think I'd walk this area.

The permit talks about it being in a (multi-level) parking garage, but I'm not seeing any in that exact area.

Per another poster, there are 10-15 superchargers in the permit stage in LA County.. keep finding them!

The development plans include commercial and residential parking for a total of 842 vehicles, most likely all in garages given the apparent density; it may be part of that.

LA City, not county. Ik, makes me sound like a smart ass, but county’s permit database is much easier to manipulate than the city so that why were kind of limited on results in the city

Also, should I add this on superchargeinfo yet?

Found a permit for the demo of the warehouse, issued in July. Also got another permit for the Superchargers reviewed 3 days ago

Permit was issued back in 01/23/2023 but now there is a "permit finaled", on 06/13/2023. I am asuming for the whole thing, since it is a wharehouse or something in that matter thjat was also being worked on.

There is no record of this permit in LA DBS anymore, at this address or just by searching the various document numbers listed. Weird. Building looks done according to this report online. Maybe someone can swing by and check the garages?

Drove by yesterday, building is done but the retail garage was closed since none of the retail spaces have opened. Couldn’t see the chargers

There may not even be any chargers. There would be a permit somewhere that would show as passing final inspection but there is no record of anything close to chargers at that address.
