I would guess that it's probably cheaper to build late rather than in mid summer.They seem to prefer cold weather construction as they did nothing in Eastern Canada for the first 8-9 months of the year or so.

Can you tell me where you see images at supercharge.info?These photos popped up yesterday on Superchargers (supercharge.info). Yes, they are normal Superchargers. Awesome.
Yeah, I remember you or someone else mentioned that app before. I'll just point out for others that it isn't the same as the supercharge.info website and there isn't a supercharge.info app for Android from what I can tell.
