It could be that Tesla is waiting for the latest (and fastest) pillars to get delivered.

This location is great. Will allow travelers to charge up, drive to San Diego, and charge again on their way back out.

Great for people from Phoenix, Vegas, Palm Springs, etc.

Nice shopping center. Will give people something to do while charging.

Thought these might be going into the new, nearby, Town Center, but that has been delayed so long that this is a pretty good alternative.

Center has some restaurants, Lowes, Target etc.

I was really excited when I stopped by Target late on Friday afternoon. The new Superchargers appeared like they were good to go, but nope. And I thought I hit the jackpot with no one else there.

I cannot imagine it will be too much longer before these are active.

these don't look like the urban SC which are limited to 75 kw - so that's great! Faster charging is always better.

I drove by this morning (Sunday Sep29) and talked with a worker. He said they should be activated tomorrow.
