More amenities in Providence, but harder to get in and out in bad traffic.

I can confirm just 11 stalls. One space is sans stall and is a few inches undersized/narrow.
Should the number of stalls be adjusted @corywright ?

Maybe the spot is for parking the Tesla ATV.

It has been speculated the lack of a stall is deliberate, it has been suggested there is a water pipe at that location. Not sure where that info came from. It is odd that the spaces are not even.

The consensus opinion is that there is a water line / easement that runs under one of the spaces so they did not put a stall in one of the available spaces.

Curiosity can often invite pure speculation but in this case I'd like to hear the rest of the story. I wonder if the existence of the alleged water pipe was known before digging commenced or after digging uncovered it.

The original permit called for 12 stalls. Between the permit and the final construction is all I know.
