Surprisingly, Owatonna has lots of charging sites for it’s size But yes everyone is looking foward to the largest charger in the state. (Bloomington has 12 also).

Apologize, Eagan and St Paul also have 12 sites.

Stopped there today and they finally got cabinets mounted and are connecting wires to cabinets. Once this is completed they should be able to install the 4 remaining dispensers. Pushing 90 days now. .

Getting closer. Parking lot lights, lane stripping and utility transformer look the big things left. Contractor put cones in each spot and was taking picture even though fence is still up. Let’s hope for speedy transformer delivery from Owatonna utility.

Compare a zoomed in section of the last photo of Owatonna with one of a magic dock pedestal in Monticello. Looks like Owatonna is not magic dock equipped.

Still surprising that Tesla is trying to get by without any “EV Charging Only” signage. Not sure if this behavior will be at all new sites...

Looks like the Meter is running and transformer stickered. Contractor said they are done and should be any time now. Only the roll off and the Light pole's are left. He said trash should be gone soon. Getting closer.

Checked the electrical permit for any signs of movement, and it looks like the final inspection is scheduled for tomorrow:

Stopped at Owatonna. All the center bollards were taken out! Still not operational. I guess its in Tesla’s hands now.

that’s odd. They were Red, most new sights have gray ones. It looks like they pulled them completely out and back filled the holes at least temporarily. Perhaps waiting for different ones to arrive.

Maybe grey ones (most of the other new sites have grey) or the signs limiting parking. This lot is conducive to ICEing.

With 12 stalls the site is large enough to accommodate some ICEing without disrupting folks needing to charge for now. It not quite SoCal yet
