Supercharger - Rosemont IL

Tesla navigation says that it is closed temporality. Any reasons why?

The navigation screen in my Tesla shows that the Rosemont supercharger is temporarily closed. I wonder why!

Shows open again on the website and Navigation. Anyone been here lately?

Here now. Only 3 stalls available. Others still have Out of order signage.

I believe this was a 72kW station. Now on Tesla's website it shows that this is now a 150kW station. Could Tesla have closed this temporarily to upgrade it? Call me strange but I wish there were more 72kW stations especially at urban chargers near restaurants and grocery stores. I don't mind spending an extra 15 minutes and letting the car charge slower (which may be better for the battery in the long run).
