No visible signs of construction as of April 19th, 2022.
Latest permit activity: LDR-Eng Building Review sign off on 03/22/2022

No signs of construction yet (as of 5/26), but the Tesla Energy team has been spotted doing site visits.

11/22 - construction complete. Awaiting SDGE’s transformer.

If you look up the status of the permit under the "inspection" tab, you'll see that the final approval/signoff was cancelled by the City on 11/18 and has not been rescheduled as of today. When it is scheduled and successfully passes, then the utility will get word and will schedule the transformer installation (they won't schedule or install the transformer on a job that the City hasn't blessed through final inspection)...
