Just drove by again, no change.

Looks to be more than 8 stalls, maybe 16.

I counted 10 concrete blocks for stalls on 5 pallets on 2/3/24. Also went by there on Valentines day and they had begun digging to reach the SCE lines in the street. Will post updates, I drive by here 2x a day for work and we go by Toppers often.

Just checked with Simi Valley Building and Safety. The installation just had the rough in inspection, waiting for final, Indicated 3 SC Cabinets with 12 Charging Pedestals.

Still in the construction phase. It looks like the wait is for the SCE Transformer. There are 12 Charging Posts installed, but the pad for the three Superchargers is also empty. So, waiting on equipment and power.

How does this go from no transformer and no charging cabinets to active overnight?
