Supercharger - St George, UT - Convention Center Drive

I swung by the site again today, and even got to chat with the Tesla rep who oversees the construction crew. He said they were putting the last finishing touches on the units, and they would likely be turned on, if not tonight, in one or two days. He said the dot will probably appear after two or three days in the map. They had removed that backs of the units to finish up, as you can see in this photo. Won't be long now: just in time for summer vacations!

Yes, it sure is! I also stopped by there and plugged in to see if the units were working. They are —even though they only show up on the navigation map as a "black" circle so far. I took some photos and a movie and will upload them, then post here a link to them in just a while.

Tesla owners traveling through St. George for the Memorial Day weekend will be happy to know that these new v.3 Superchargers are up-and running. I've posted an update testing the system on my website.

Used this station today. I hadn't seen this thread and thought it was still the old 75 KW station. Imagine my surprise when I pull in to the convention center parking lot and see real superchargers! So happy to have a St George station <7 miles off I-15.
