Stopped here a couple times on a road trip from BC. First was on the way to Drumheller and then on the way back from Dinosaur Provincial Park.
This location is exactly what Superchargers should be. Fast with a good selection of restaurants nearby. First time we had lunch at Original Joes and on the way back it was a smoothie from Booster Juice.
The number of stalls seems to be fine for now. Also, I think half of them had 30 minute general parking signs, which might explain icing.
The biggest icing problem I noticed on my ~3000k trip is hotel valets parking SUVs in destination charging stalls...
