Any boxes/construction?I'll drive by later on today and confirm, it's right at the parking lot facing Martin Drive.
It might be, though they are really taking up a really large space. I’m sure @mociaf9 wouldnt mind analyzing? This is what I saw. Most likely false alarm as I doubt Don Ellis would install SC. First time I had a good look at it during the daylight .
Doesn't really look like a supercharger, but I can't quite rule it out either. This is what I saw. Most likely false alarm as I doubt Don Ellis would install SC. First time I had a good look at it during the daylight .
Looks a little off to me as well, but it’s worth keeping an eye on. Maybe see if the crew onsite know what it’s all about. This is what I saw. Most likely false alarm as I doubt Don Ellis would install SC. First time I had a good look at it during the daylight .
No, four of them!Doesn't really look like a supercharger, but I can't quite rule it out either.
Nice pic though. 3 porta-potties!
If it's a supercharger install, I don't know what they'd need the scissors lift for. And from memory, I don't recall ever seeing an install that set up an office trailer on site. That seems like overkill for projects of these sizes/durations to me. But admittedly, I haven't seen many Canadian installs to compare it to and you all may do construction a bit differently than what I'm used to down south. So, at this point, I'd lean pretty firmly towards skepticism that this is it.It might be, though they are really taking up a really large space. I’m sure @mociaf9 wouldnt mind analyzing?
The Laval and Mascouche SCs actually had trailer offices (photos), though the site feels quite large thoughIf it's a supercharger install, I don't know what they'd need the scissors lift for. I visited the mall yesterday, and there is tons of construction going on in the backside of the mall beside he new Winners store. There's some construction going on at the back of Semiahmoo Mall ... their parking lot is huge after all ...
Does anyone have any news around the planned White Rock supercharger? That would be massively convenient for all of us that drive to Vancouver often
I called customer service at the mall and they said they didn't know anything about superchargers being installed there. I emailed the property administrator and i'm still waiting to hear back from her. I will let people here know if I get a response. Maybe they were told to keep quiet about it?
Maybe we should...
tweet at Elon??
But thanks, please let us know.
Oh well. Can someone check out the Smartcenters of south surrey?
A mall chain that’s been installing Superchargers lately. What does this mean ?
I am not sure what a smartcenter is
Sorry for the silly question as I am new to EV's and Tesla
What is the location so I can check it out?A mall chain that’s been installing Superchargers lately.
There are actually 3 malls which could have something. Here is a charging location within the 3: Grandview Corners, Shops at Morgan Crossing and SmartCentres Surrey South. PlugShare - Find Electric Vehicle Charging Locations Near YouWhat is the location so I can check it out?
