So it looks like there are two brightness's ? If doing the simple install (without tapping the brake circuit) : Are you able to choose which of the two brightness you want ? Or is it all predetermined, so you only get the extra brightness if connected to both circuits ?

Don't worry about it, from now on you will only put it on, on purpose . In my year of ownership , I have never put it on by accident , only when I truly have the fever and need more Cowbell ! Nothing should ever cancel / override The Cowbell , except perhaps the Fart mode .

You can turn wipers off. Next time you go into the car, just take a minute to learn the wiper controls (Before you start to drive) and you will figure it out.
