Never seen that super bendy flexible kind of conduit used before. Usually it's just the straight gray PVC kind that only flexes a little over a long distance and has the moulded bends.

I think it would be pretty big news if any Tesla SC in the US had CCS plugs. I have never heard of it. I presume new SC's are opened every few weeks so I think it would be unlikely this one would happen to be the first one. I mean eventually Tesla will start selling CCS adapters (like S. Korea) in the US and open up the SC's to non-Tesla with, presumably, CCS but who knows when exactly that will be.
I think there's almost zero chance we'll see CCS connectors start showing up "soon" on new builds. That said it seems possible V4 equipment could start showing up quietly at some point. I don't think anything has been confirmed in the wild yet.
This crew, and the other crews working for this company are some of the fastest out there. They've been doing Supercharger builds for quite some time now.
