Damn, whats going on in Central and Northern California with people cutting cables, thats so infuriating.
Yep - it probably costs Tesla at least $500 per cable to replace. That's at least $10k in damages right there. And with the scrap value of wire around $1 a lb, they probably get $200 out of it.

It's ridiculous and a big problem that Tesla is working on right now.

Yes, they have to get on that case, its a lot of money wasted. Thankfully and crossing fingers is not happening in Southern California and/or LA county, as far as I know.

Nav thinks it’s up. There are people on a local FB group claiming to have charged there. A post of someone actually charging would be nice. 😀

Bruce.

It looks like it is the 2 accessible spaces on the side where you are charging and then the other 6 are supposed to be accessed from the other side based on where the pedestals are numbered and which way the Tesla signs are facing. The two pedestals that appear to be flush the with asphalt are the accessible ones to bring the handle down closer to the ground and they likely have a longer handle on them as well. I guess there wasnt room to do a row of 8 right there so the put them back to back and kept all the normal stalls away from the accessible ones.
