Here are some graphs I've build with the same algorithm as the animated battery recharge on Tesla's Supercharger web page (I looked at how the JavaScript code updates the green battery):
Supercharging: SoC and power with time
Power starts at 150 kW (rounding problem? simplification of the algorithm?) and then decreases kind of exponentially until fully charged.
