There are several swirl marks on my new Tesla's front panel(hood) and front side panels. I notified tesla about it within a week of delivery: my customer rep indicated they are backed up over 2 months and will get back. I didnt hear back from and then realized that my rep was no longer working for tesla and was given another contact. Once again I sent all the pics to the new rep but didnt get a confirmation for a scheduled repair. I tried several followups (vmail/email) but didnt hear back. Yesterday(2 months after my purchase) I got a call indicating that tesla has outsourced this work to BMW and BMW wanted to get some pictures, which they will send to Tesla and try to get approval
I am EXTREMELY frustrated with their customer experience and watching them offer the same car for less now is not helping it . Anyone else have similar experiences and how did they handle it ?
