I have not seen anyone review this, so yeah, they may only available from China so far.

Not yet, I have been told their shipping department is finding a new delivery company since the package is too big to send out in the United States

I talked to their customer service last time, their warehouse is located in California, Taptes didn't realize the delivery for this product in United States will be a big problem for them.
This retractable sunshade's package is as big as Model Y roof since It's not foldable

Yeah, I might open a chargeback if Taptes didn't explain this to me, their customer service keeps sending me the status. Thats' why I could wait for this order for such a long long time

They just updated the tracking info but it doesn't move, their customer service Grace said their shipping payment is still pending and I just need to wait 1 week. What time did you order their sunshade? I have been waiting for 2 months

A few weeks ago. Grace just responded to me on Wednesday and said it should ship in 3-4 days. Perhaps they hired a truck to drive around the country. I am in the bay area how about you?
