Just experienced a problem at Tebay this afternoon 8/8/21 with 2 bays not working. It was very busy and quite a queue of cars waiting to charge. I first thought it was a problem with my car or account but noticed others with a similar problem. I managed to charge successfully after one at the far end became available.
Tried searching for a support number but no luck. What's the procedure reporting a fault with a Supercharger?
