Tebay Supercharger fault

Just experienced a problem at Tebay this afternoon 8/8/21 with 2 bays not working. It was very busy and quite a queue of cars waiting to charge. I first thought it was a problem with my car or account but noticed others with a similar problem. I managed to charge successfully after one at the far end became available.

Tried searching for a support number but no luck. What's the procedure reporting a fault with a Supercharger?

The Tesla website confidently says that their superchargers are well monitored and attended to, and there is no need to report any faults. I would be happy to leave it to Tesla.

2a and 2b were out Saturday too. There should be some way of at least showing if a SC is down. I was that chump plugging in and thinking I’d got a problem until a fellow 3 owner came back and told me it was fecked.

I thought the more recent software notified you if there was a problem with a supercharger? Sounds like the out of order notification is not so reliable or not a UK thing yet.
