Tesla App Query

Hi,

I collected my car from the Birmingham Service Centre this afternoon. The car is now parked up at home, but when I open my Tesla App it says the car is “Ready for Pick Up”? It was this status prior to me collecting from the service centre, so do Tesla need to change the status?

Any advice appreciated.

Wait a few hours, it will probably clear once Tesla complete all the paperwork internally.

The Rep did the paperwork (updated the details on the pc) and then shared with me all the comments, so assume this was it? You could be right though

Well it’s been a week and the status is still the same. I’ve text and emailed the SC with no response. So will call them tomorrow to see if it’s related to closing the job down I had done last week.

Reset didn’t work.

My car was in the service centre last week to have a Rattle from the back passenger door looked at and I asked them about another matter before I left. That had asked me to open the app and on doing so, the app said car was ready for pickup. The girl went onto the computer and cleared that message from my app almost instantly.
