Tesla Driver's Group hat

I also asked my service center in Switzerland about these hats and they don't even have them here. Any chance one could be shipped to me ? I would of course cover all the expenses and whatever the owner wants for the hat : ) It would be a cool item to have over here : )

: ( nobody out there with a spare hat ? :frown: I could send some premium swiss chocolate in return : )

I got my car around the same time. In the spring of '14, I wandered into a Tesla store looking to buy a (different) hat for a friend. They said, "oh, you bought a car and didn't get a hat?" and gave me one of these from a big stack they had under the desk.

Similar story for me... In Jul '14, I was at the Cathedral City, CA store/service center for a charge stop (prior to the Indio and Cabazon Superchargers opening). Brianman was there also (we both were on our way to TMC Connect), and he noticed that a couple that had just ordered were given the TDG hat. He asked if he could get one too, and they handed one to me also. Thanks Brianman!

West Palm Beach, Florida has the TDG hat. Probably helped that I walked in while my car was charging with a Tesla shirt and Tesla jacket on but messed up hair since I had no hat. I was asking if they had any I could by and they said what happened to the one you got at delivery. I relied "I never got on at delivery, so looking to buy one". The guy said he needs to rectify this and refused to take any payment. Now I'm decked out from the waist up in Tesla!

Yeah, I'm sad to say I got my 85D from the same store as Cyclone, and they were nice and friendly but not at all generous with ANY sway. I bought a $100,000.00 car and they didn't even throw in a hat or t-shirt that would cost them less than what they pay the guy to wash cars before delivery?
What we call swag they should be looking at as free marketing, and they should be eager to get the brand identity out in front of the public, on the bodies of enthusiastic ambassadors who are the happy owners driving around the Tesla product.
And yes, I'm still waiting for the "delivery experience specialist" who called my cell and left a return number and message, wanting to hear about my experience and opinions regarding the purchase and delivery of my S, and after THREE returned calls and messages left by me, he still hasn't called me back. Seriously? It's as if Tesla is saying "I'll go through the motions but I really don't give a flying %^&* about your experience or opinions." That was back in July. I think I shouldn't hold my breath. But these little attitudes don't go un-noticed by me. MINI and GM both treated me much better when I purchased vehicles at one-quarter the cost.

And just to clarify: I've got almost 6K miles on my new car and absolutely love it, with NO buyer's remorse. Planning a 1600 mile trip in the next couple weeks!
