Yes, though if this comes with the full hardware set it's $200 cheaper than new. Otherwise, it's probably a markup for the color.

Please feel free to correct me if wrong but from what I understand it's includes the full hardware set, so it's $200 cheaper as Chaserr pointed out, not to mention about that's not available for sale to public by Tesla.

Good catch! Grab the wrong photo from internet as I haven't claim the powerwall by the time when the post was created. However I was confirmed by Tesla that it is indeed a Powerwall 2.
