Thought I'd just share this here as I think it may help some people out with cable management.
First thing first, order the long cable, it was the same price. I used almost all of it here.
1. I ran the cable up and over the garage door. I also have a kayak here, so I ran it in between the ceiling and my pulleys.
2. I then anchored the spring balancer (.5kg-1kg) to the ceiling and attached the business end of the HPWC with a clove hitch (so I can slide it if I need to). **note** happen to be a climber, so I have a ton of rope and anchoring stuff lying around.
I had a heavier spring balancer at first, but found that it was pulling the cable back. .5kg seems to let the cable hang "weight free".
