Tesla Insurance Class Action Lawsuit

Is anyone using Tesla Insurance? I thought about it and spoke to a fellow MYP owner who I met at the tint shop who stated he would put his MYP in track-mode on highways (and not actual tracks) and stated he would just drive around taking short trips to "reset" his ratings. The overall up-front pricing estimate is a joke compared to what I pay for so I decided to not even bother.

Actual premium they charge you is way higher than the estimated premium it shows in app up until day before they charge the premium.
INCORRECT. I paid a little over $150 for my first month and I'll pay the same for the second month. Even BEFORE the end of my first month, Tesla quoted me my third month premium of $86.53. That isn't going to change for the THIRD month. If my Safety Score decreases during my second month, my FOURTH month premium may increase.

Tesla withdraws about 83 dollars more than what the app says im being charged monthly.

Untrue. It was $86.53 for month 3 and $80.84 for month 4 and it will be $80.84 for month 5. Unfortunately, somehow I got dinged for THREE forward collision warnings in TWO short trips and now I have to drive out in the country for an hour per day for the next week to "dilute" the dings. All I was doing was, after stopping too far behind the car in front at stoplights, touching the accelerator slightly to close the gap to a car length and the screen and audio went nuts. Sadly, one time was just to test it and that test probably cost me $10, if not more. I'm tired of driving like a Tibetan monk for good rates, when my normal driving is already 100% clean for well over the normal 5-year lookback.

I am curious how do you know how much premium ‘Watts 4 me’ paid every month? He said he paid 83 dollars more than what app said and you came back quoting the numbers for each month and saying what Watts 4 me said is untrue. Oh wait… you are talking about the premium YOU paid and based on that you are saying OTHERS are incorrect. Got it.
