I got a thank you for joining email from Allegacy this morning. It doesn't have any info in it but when I check my application status it shows me an account number for the savings account I opened. I asked the chat if I could have my member number and she asked me to email some address asking for my member number. We'll see how this goes.

Edit- They wrote back and said when the account is funded they will give me a member number, sometime next week. GRRR

They just replied again and said check back on Tuesday

Pretty much same boat with Allegacy...received the email but it didn't have the member number. So I'm waiting for the snail mail to show up with it. Hoping it shows up early next week to finalize the paperwork with them.

So I’m approved for the 1.99% at 66 months. How do I get a Motor Vehicle Purchase Agreement that Allegacy is requesting? I have a Model 3 on order, but the Sales Advisor said that we can take an inventory car that matches our specs sooner.

Not sure how to get the MVPA...I'm waiting for my ordered M3p to come through- still don't have a VIN and Tesla says they can't generate the MVPA until there is a VIN. Basically at a standstill with 9 days left...48 days since ordering.

How did you apply?
I just applied via the website. On one of the loan pages there was an "Apply Now" button. The membership number was optional. I do know from talking to my loan advisor that they have made some changes since so many people have started applying. Perhaps I just got in prior to a change that requires a membership number.

What kind of credit score is required for the Allegency rate ?
I don't what is required, but mine is 800+.

I just applied as well without a member number. Let's see what happens.

Currently working with a nice lady at Allegacy on my loan. I had to sign my wife up for an account and add her to the application today so that we could use her income as well (we’re close to even earners so with me alone it looks bad, I’ve never had to add her before as a co-applicant to claim her income but whatever).

They gave me the info to finalize my tesla profile for lien holder and my SA said he requested my MVPA. Delivery Friday. We’ll see if I make it :)

I was told today that you have to be a member before they can finalize the financing.

I had to be a member before they'd finalize, but I did not have to be a member to apply for the loan. I applied, spoke to the loan agent to make sure we'd be approved for the lower rates, then applied for membership. My membership actually was held up due to a weird technical glitch, so I still do not have my number. Though I am a member at this point. But my loan is pretty much finalized. Still waiting on my MVPA...

And you apparently have to do direct debit to pay your loan each month in order to qualify for the lowest rate. And they need a canceled check, which is a problem for me because I don't have a checkbook!

And I'm still waiting for my finalized MVPA as well. I don't understand why they wait until the last possible minute to complete that since it risks the check not getting to them in time.

@newuser21
Did you originally finance through Tesla or pay cash? Did you just get the MVPA finally from them and forward on to Allegacy (or whoever you’re using)
Anything I need to look out for or do- I’m set for pickup tmrw but won’t have everything lined up in time it seems. Thanks!

I did not have enough time with Allegacy as my pick up date was 21st. I was already approved by Tesla Finance 3.24% 72 months which i accepted when took delivery. When refinancing all you need is registration (which they will give you during delivery), pay off quote from Tesla Financing.

They sent the MVPA over but it has the preapproval amount as what’s being borrowed in field 5b and a negative amount due to me in 5e. I’m not sure if that is correct.

I don’t know who my delivery specialist is, everything has been through the SA
