Hi! I needed help from this community and wanted to get other owners' thoughts.
I had a mobile service visit due to a faulty LTE board. So scheduled a mobile service visit thru the app and during service, the tech created a dent on my rubber mold(which she admitted that she did). I also realized the USB was formatted and she said she formatted the USB to make sure it was working.. Also a new error poppoed up, 'Front passenger safety restraint system fault' as the tech was leaving so I grabbed her and the tech was like..."Does anybody sit on the passenger sit often?"
Is it normal for a tech to format your flash drive without your consent? I actually had some footage in there I wanted to see.
I've reached out to my local service center to talk to a manager but they haven't followed up for about 4 days.
