Tesla model s 2013 P85 not start drive.

Hello everyone. The problem with the 2013 Tesla model s. The car won't start. A lot of errors DI_u014 BMS_u008 BMS_w107 BMS_f107 GTW_w018.

I was opening the battery.

There was a little moisture. And also the wire from the BMB board on two blocks is torn off. I fixed it.

The insulation is normal.

I connected via toolbox 3. I wanted to reset the errors. But the errors are not reset. There is also no ping to DC DC.

Scan my tesla also does not see data from DC DC.

Can someone look in the scan of my tesla to see if the DC DC data is visible at the moment when the contactors are turned off?

And also, can anyone tell me if one of the battery buses should show the voltage to the housing when the BMC board is connected?

The car also does not start.
