Tesla New Inventory - Suspicious Trunk Hatch Paint

Today I was at Dallas Cedar Springs, but had to reject the delivery of a new inventory car I purchased.

I purchased a new inventory Long Range Model S 5YJSA1E23LF403076 (the reason I am putting VIN here is to warn future buyers), which was ready to be delivered today. When I went to pickup the car, I noticed a paint chip at the skirts of the hatch. Looking closer, I found a lot of paint residues which did not look like a factory paint as in the pictures.

Tesla sales rep verbally denied any previous repairs and service offered me to repaint the hatch and rear fenders... Wow, for a $80,000 brand new car, really?

- They did not offer any compensation to keep the car, so I rejected the delivery.
- Refund is told to take 30-60 days, while they expect you to pay in 2 days once the car is ready
- The 19" carbon Slipstreams I had on the inventory car is not orderable anymore, Sales Rep was a nay sayer but she

Until last week, I drove a 2013 P85 and had great experience with Tesla. I was even wearing my SpaceX tshirt today, but now I have a very bitter taste with the treatment I got, and no one really being helpful.
