Tesla phone app - Server error

Hi All,

Last time I used the app successfully was May 14th, now when I try to log in I just get 'Server Error' down the bottom.
Not sure if I should try to just reinstall the app or the issue is at the car end. I have logged out and logged back in on the app with no change. Car has WiFi connection and I can see it talking back to base via the router traffic monitoring.

Anyone else run into this and if so was it the app or the car? (Android phone).

Well for the benefit of anyone else hitting this issue, MCU reset solved it. MCU appeared to be working fine with 3G and WiFi connections as well, I guess something just got messed up.

Yeah, always try reseting the phone and the car. Then see here as it could be down on Tesla’s side. Has happened in the past.

Happens to me from time to time. I either close the app down and relaunch after a bit or restart phone. No biggie.

Happening to me for a couple of weeks now. Did a reset, reinstalled the app, rebooted the phone... nothing seems to work. After a reset it works for a few hours, but then stops again.

Might have to get Tesla Service involved.

Happened to me yesterday, today my MCU died and the centre display is dead...

This issue happened on my Tesla app now. I updated the Tesla app hoping it would fix it. It did not. The issue persists.

Same issue here, and I updated Tesla app but still the same.
