I see you wrote the number of shims on the aluminum.
Did you also measure the door shims? Those of my Roadster were of different thickness.
Our car is being repaired in Seattle by a shop that is familiar with Roadster repairs of this magnitude. There are still some unsettled questions with insurance but I think it is all going to work itself out.
New, yes. Custom? Not so much. Just asked the paint shop to match Tesla's red. Andrea wanted the car red and being as there was so much to paint anyhow...
We were having some trouble clearing ABS and TPMS faults but Tesla required an inspection of our car before they would do any work on it. Progress has been painfully slow but we have been clearing the hurdles one at a time.

So how about a mod update the thread title to something like "Tesla Roadster Crashed in Alaska and Now Back on the Road!" Or am I jumping the gun on that?
