Tesla s 2013 charge port replacament problem

Hi to everyone,
i need Your help. I changed charge port in tesla s 2013 for used part ( friend bring this part to me) wanted to make software reinstall but still not works. I got errors
Gtw_f210 no support allowed gtw_f209 no charge allowed . Grw_f208_ no drive allowed . Gtw_f015_cpversion mismatch. I tried to make reinstall software many times but the update is not performed at the end. Please for advice, maybe i need to use toolbox?
