Depends. If you got a text messaging stating any changes to your service request will require a new request probably not. If you're not at that stage you can still change/add requests into the work order for your mobile tech
 
In the Tesla app, you go into your existing appointment and hit "edit" or "modify." You should be able to see if it will let you add the Homelink installation to the existing ticket without rescheduling. Shouldn't be a big deal, since it takes about 15 minutes, but I don't think you can make changes once you get close to the date.
