You mean via the app or they legit can't drive them?

Sorry. They both use key cards and can drive their car. They just can't use the app for anything. Can't comment at all on phone key functionality.

Sigh, outage is preventing us from taking delivery. They lost our keys, and to make new ones/activate the car, they need the Tesla network up.

Sorry, that really sucks. Pretty unbelievable that something like this could cripple their entire infrastructure. I'll be looking at my 2nd delay here soon I'm sure thanks to this mess today. There's no doubt at this point this is going to cause massive problems for any remaining September deliveries.

The app is finally working for me. I still get the “Welcome to the Tesla family. Let’s get started with an overview of your Model Y features” message. I still can’t get into my account on the website.

Possibly not related to the OP's issue, but Tesla recently changed some aspects of their servers so certain VPN connections are refused. This primary affects using the app via a VPN connection, not sure if it is unrelated to the general HTTP connections.

I had to turn off VPN two days ago for my iPhone app to connect. Arrrrrgh! Its always something with magic technology.....

This is the shocking part...how the hell do you lose the keys? It’s called a sloppily run SC. I’d bet there isn’t a protocol or process they follow to take inbound cars and get them ready for delivery.
