Their blocking is their own worst enemy. Who wants to live in a bubble?

Temporary bans if someone is just trolling, sure. Permanent if they keep repeating the offense. But if they're trying to engage in discussion...

No, they just don't want any of us popping-up in their trolling of Tesla owners, prospective owners and pretty much any other discussion they have on Twitter. Of course if we come across such a discussion we can still put the facts straight, but not being able to follow them makes it much harder.

Why what they do isn't considered criminal behaviour is beyond me.

Auto workers fear EVs will be job killers

Auto workers fear EVs will be job killers

"Dread over the prospect that plug-in cars -- which have fewer parts and require less labor to build -- will doom auto jobs helped spark the first UAW strike against General Motors in over a decade. Ford Motor Co. and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, which are rolling their own battery-powered models to market in the coming years, could face a similar fate if they’re unable to quell the UAW’s concerns that widespread adoption of EVs endangers the employment of 35,000 union members.

“There’s a potential for our jobs to be gone -- they don’t need us anymore,” said Tim Walbolt, president of the UAW local representing workers at a Fiat Chrysler transmission components plant near Toledo, Ohio. “It scares us.”"

Renewable sector is booming, plenty of possibilities for capable people there.

I don't buy this "our jobs will be gone", like the coal-miners. Keep the pits open to save to jobs! No, close the pits and retrain them on to something less polluting, more pleasant and with a future.

How many of those workers voted for Trump though? When you put people in power who do not look toward the future, you create your own fate.

Nothing to do with Trump, everything to do with a fear of change and corporate re-education of its employees. I'm sure there were a lot of stable workers that found their jobs to be irrelevant back in the early 1900's too.

That and the tax incentives. Soon to be gone.

Sure Tesla can make money on Model 3, but they will never be able to money on their Pickup which is the only market that matters. Also they are drawing dead in autonomy and will get sued to death by all customers who for FSD.

Sure Tesla is first with autonomy, but Uber still have more customers and will soon release their superior software.

Sure Uber went bankrupt and Tesla has a large share of autonomy, but everyone knows that Amazon drones will soon replace cars and Tesla are drawing dead among drones.

Sure Tesla are dominating the drone market, but teleportation is right around the corner and Tesla’s investments will turn useless any day now.

Correction... That is the latest major argument from the CNBC TSLAQ crew. You know they will come up with something else as the need arises.

Dan

Don't forget about the Tesla killers.

Elon is supernatural and the Chinese are superhuman , I expect this combination
Should produce anything beyond our expectations.

For instance , The ramp up of model 3 may be better than expected, again assuming
Battery production can keep up. This may have a positive impact in q1 2020.
Well actually being at the leading edge of battery manufacturing in the world, and largest ev plant in the world and making a brand new factory in 1 year in Shanghai, these are all positive factors in the real world market valuation.

However, here in opposite world market will never put a value on this. Because there are no buyers for this kind of valuation. Why is that because I presume market manipulators and companies whose industries and businesses are at threat by Tesla, have a multi trillion dollar industry. And for them to spend $100 billion to take down the largest threat to their industry is not a big deal.

Should have gone private to ensure continued growth and acceleration. The amazing part is one of the buyers, presumably Aramco, had they bought in would have actually raised the value of oil inadvertently because of the optics of the largest oil company and oil producing country now buying into EVs.

Instead trying hard to get a war to continue to subsidize defense and oil machine. People will die on this barrel, for what..,.

Patience my young padawan...patience.

Easy for you to say :p

I'm not sure how many cars the update is being pushed to, but there is finite bandwidth so -- instead of dribbling the update out a few bytes at a time to everyone for a simultaneous delivery -- they are understandably releasing it in stages. Besides, that helps with catching issues earlier (10.1 is already out).

In short, it is how I'd do it. But when you have no visibility into when you will get it, its on pins and needles.
