I kinda don't see why GF4 in Germany is a big deal. It had to be somewhere.

It's like Tesla plopping down a factory in the middle of Detroit. If nothing else it is symbolic.

The saga of EV-induced mergers continues apace as foretold by the many oracular members of TMC.
