I am critical of the idea that consolidation is more likely than not, and that $1000 short calls for Friday are a safe bet.
The Max Pain chart shows no call walls between here and $1000, and a much smaller wall there than at $900 last Friday. Market makers have little incentive to oppose a continued runup.

In the $940s now.WOW, quite the jump up in pre-market today, looks like it hit $933 already? I really expected a pullback from Friday's new ATH, but I'm happy to be wrong on that one!!!

If you can order a Tesla with 20 seconds it takes about 4 months for one person to order 100k Teslas. There's no quantity field at the order form. Or do they make exceptions from the online orders only?
