Oh, ffs! This is why people shouldn’t have children, birthing crooks like this.

Oh, you (and by extension all) sharehodlr's should definately be scared. Pomerantz and Guildenstern LLC are NOT DEAD! (yet).

Specifically, and most famously, they have these notches on their belts:
  • advised plantiffs as 2nd seat in the infamous 420-Nation suit
  • represented Electric Boot in Runaway Subs v. Thai Caves
  • put the wham back in the wham-alama-ding-dong, and
  • rewrote the Book of Love.
How can they lose?

I’m not a chart expert; you seem to be…does the gap at $150 not concern you?

Asking for a friend that has some bigly ITM options purchased at the $105-$130 range.
first, not financial advice-simply my personal opinion, prone to poor judgement and error. that disclaimer out of the way, here is my take:
TSLA highly unlikely to see anything below $170 ever again
in fact, i will be truly surprised if TSLA trades below $180-$190s ever again
less than 5% probability that TSLA trades below $173 ever again
better than 60% probability that $200 becomes the new floor
better than 60% probability that TSLA trades over $400 sometime in 2023
about 5 to 10% probability we exceed $500+ in 2023
better than 60% probability TSLA hits $1000 sometime in 2024
100% probability that my predictions will be proven wrong

30% rally? What a bearish statement :)

100% probability that my predictions will be proven wrong - Hopefully because the other probability's are too low and $TSLA hits way over those targets

If you don't mind me giving my opinion, no not at all.

Filling that gap is predictable, so if it does fill, I view that as an entry point. And 150 is way higher than 108.

Why do investors fail to make big money?
#1 choose wrong investment
Sticking with TSLA alleviates this problem
#2 falsely thinking that you have to be right about price prediction or timeline to make money
As long as I get the direction right, I’m positioned for win
Unless I’m betting on short term options, I have luxury of being on right side of trade and making money
#3 lack of patience and engaging in immediate gratification
#4 thinking in absolute terms instead of probability
#5 seeking comfort of group thinking and validation from others instead of independent thinking
#6 listening to others who may sound highly intelligent and knowledgeable but may be very wrong
There are so many ways to lose your TSLA position that one could write a book

Just curious, does anyone here follow the more traditional approach to gaining wealth i.e. buy and hold low cost index funds long term and just play with 3-5% in speculative single stocks?
Not me...but each individual has different appetites' for risk and i would think it would depend on age, financial wellness, etc.
I used to think that way till i found Tesla and after hundreds of hours of research, i decided that this was a once in lifetime, generational company that i went all in on back in 2016.

Someone please explain to me Elon's over the top concern with a declining population. Hello!?! Tesla bots anyone...I mean, does he just purposely exclude it from his frame of mind or what? As investors, that's the whole point of being excited that this company is going down this road - Tesla sees the future and knows humanity will need help.

Please somebody give me an excuse to breed, despite the ample evidence this is a bad idea.
