TeslaFi - dash discrepancy

Not sure if this has come up before, but I consistently notice a discrepancy between what TeslaFi reports and wat I experience and also see on the dashboard . Driving time is almost always underreported. See the enclosed pic for the same drive.

Anybody else noticed this or is this a problem with the data capture on my car?

Trip odometer says : 86.8 km 1:05 hr 188 WH/km

So I just looked at the raw API data and there all all blank fields between 7:00 Am and 7:16 AM when TeslaFi starts to show real data. On the right it says "trying to sleep". Yet it is clear the car is moving. Do I have a setting wrong somewhere?

It's a mac based dashboard that allows you to view data from your car on a computer screen in user-friendly form..

When you car is trying to sleep, you will get this message;

No data will be collected for the next 15 minutes or until you receive another email alerting you the car has gone to sleep. If you would like to cancel this sleep attempt please visit the following link

If you drive during this time, no data is collected and, if Teslafi starts polling again during the trip, you will be missing some of the trip data. You can adjust how long Teslafi lets the car try to go to sleep, but setting the time too short can result in the car never sleeping.
